How to get a glowing skin naturally
With the summer season here, I decided to give more attention to my skin and get a little pampering for it.
I like to believe that a confident woman is a woman who looks good. Who is ready all the time to go for a holiday, who is ready to get out of bed and to be awesome all day long.I feel very good in my shoes when my body looks and feels good, so I always try to have personal care time.
So today I want to share with you, girls, some of my little secrets for personal care.
- To obtain a naturally glowing skin is very important, to brush the skin before you shower with a special brush for the body. The movements have to be inverted, light and delicate for several minutes. After this, you will be ready for a smooth skin.
- Another way of toning the skin that I often use is that of alternative showers. After you have finished showered mix the temperature of the water. You will do hot water – cold water throughout the body and it is a must to repeat it 3 times in a row. (1-minute hot water – cold water 10 seconds / last cycle always end with cold water)
- Then another very important step of this ritual that I consider very effective is peeling coffee, sugar, and coconut oil. Put two tablespoons of coffee, two of brown sugar, two coconut oil. Mix all ingredient’s in a bowl and rub all over with the mix obtained, then rinse with warm water and hydrate with coconut oil.
Coconut oil properties are recognized the cosmetic domain and in the homeopath one , so I like to eat a teaspoon of coconut oil every morning for maintaining health and silhouette. A glowing skin looks better on a well-groomed body.
A natural tan will make the appearance of the skin to be brighter. I suggest you to not take the shower before a sunbath because natural oil free skin is more beneficial for the absorption of vitamin D from sunlight, I recommend you to stay 30 minutes on your face and 30minutes on your back.
Hope my tips help you 🙂
Have a great holiday!
