Infused water- a delicious thing for me and my body

Infused water is for me an alternative to sweet juices we often drink during the summer and as you already know, I love to have a shiny and beautiful skin that is why I am always looking for all kinds of recipes to revive my skin and my brain after a long day.

I believe that every woman should have part of this ritual at least once a week, to be more confident in her beauty and femininity. And because I want to make you curious to attempt various things, I decided to speak today about the benefits of the infused water and different recipes to share with you that really helped me after a stressful day.

Warning: Wash thoroughly all fruits and vegetables before using them for infusion and remember to use water.

Infused Water: Lemon, Ginger, Cucumber, Mint


  • 1L bottle;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 1L water
  • 1 cucumber;
  • Ginger 2-3cm;
  • 4 mint leafs;


  1. Cut the lemon, cucumber, and ginger in small slices
  2. Add them in the bottle with the water inside.
  3. Cover it with foil food jug.
  4. Leave it in the refrigerator overnight


This is just one of the recipes that help me to delight myself after a long day. I try to have a balanced life and therefore I try to take my vitamins from fruits. I’m trying to introduce the fruit in my daily ritual because this is my way of thinking to my childhood and the period in which gave me fruits all summer long. I was lucky to have a balanced diet since I was little, and now I try to keep my habit and to share it with you, my friends.


Benefits of the infused water

Infused water is low in calories and makes me cool in the hot summer days. Usually, I try to mix up all kind of fruit and every day I try to take with me to the office this kind of water with a different taste, just to not get bored too quickly from a certain fruit. I researched a lot about the benefits of the infused water and although it is very easy to prepare it, it manages to have a very important role both in my life but also in yours. If until now you have not yet tried these recipes, I invite you to go shopping for fruits.


Try to buy fresh fruits for a tasty drink. My favorite flavors are the fresh ones but my friends also love the sweet flavors. The sky is the limit when it comes to recipes. I will leave below a few combinations that you can experiment with:

  • Cucumber, lime, strawberry, mint;
  • Melon, Peppermint;
  • Orange, Cucumber;
  • Citrus, Parsley;
