My love for healthy snacks
I want to reveal to you one of my little secrets: I love snacks taken between meals. I am very greedy when it comes to culinary products so I am often drooling to cakes that I see in supermarket or malls. Every time I try to get into the supermarket to buy healthy food, with poor calories because from my point of view, in the first place is my health and my look.
I admit I do not really like to go shopping and I try to avoid as much as I can the endless queues at the supermarket but at the same time I like to choose only the ingredients that I like for a good snack or meal. Today I to tell you a few things about my favourites snacks. They are natural and very healthy and , To be honest, this way I try to avoid sugar and all kind of sweet temptations that are not healthy. Every time I get a craving to eat chocolate I go back to the seed that I have in my bag and I try to think that for having a beautiful body I should take care what I eat. I try to sort out the program and how much as I can I take meals at fixed hours and you and advise you to do the same.
Healthy snacks that you will definitely appreciate:
- Mix the nuts: cashew nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts.
- Mix dried fruits and nuts: : peanuts, raisins black raisins green almonds.
- Mix the vegetables : red pepper, carrot, celery sticks, hummus, vegetables .
- Mix fruit: grapes, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries.
- Mix fruit: kiwi, cantaloupe, and strawberries
All of these I can serve them anywhere, whether in the office, park, school, etc. They gave me energy all day long and especially after work when I like to relax an hour at the gym. Most often I choose fitness programs more interactive, for example, Zumba. After an hour of effort, clearly, I need a snack to revive me.
